Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role

We’re hiring founding Enterprise Account Executives to drive new logo growth in the US enterprise market. This is a pure hunter role focused on outbound, field events, and closing complex cybersecurity deals, working closely with Sales Engineering and channel partners.

You’ll sell into large enterprises, manage long sales cycles, and play a key role in shaping Orion’s go-to-market motion at an early stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to close
  • Close new logo deals with enterprise customers (2,000+ employees)
  • Build and manage pipeline through outbound, events, and partner co-selling
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering on discovery, demos, POCs, and security reviews
  • Navigate complex buying committees including CISOs, security leaders, procurement, and legal
  • Represent Orion at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years as a quota-carrying Account Executive, with 3+ years in cybersecurity
  • Proven experience closing six-figure ARR enterprise deals
  • Track record of strong quota attainment in enterprise sales roles
  • Experience selling to CISOs and senior security stakeholders
  • Strong self-sourcing ability through outbound, events, and network
  • Comfort operating in early-stage, high-change environments
  • Experience working with channel partners as part of enterprise deals
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customers and events

Nice to Have

  • Background at both a large cybersecurity vendor and a high-growth startup
  • Experience selling data security, cloud security, or SaaS security solutions
  • Existing network within US enterprise security organizations
