Low-Level Engineer

About the Role

We’re a stealth-stage cybersecurity startup looking for a Low-Level Engineer to help build our core agent technology from the ground up. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, working closely with the founding team on mission-critical components of the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement low-level agent technologies
• Build and maintain Windows and macOS agents
• Work closely with product, security, and engineering leadership
• Own core components that run in production environments

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in low-level / systems engineering
• Proven experience building Windows and/or macOS agents
• Background in cybersecurity or security-adjacent products
• Strong understanding of OS internals, performance, and reliability
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with endpoint security, EDR, or similar technologies
• Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startups
